Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, drive sales, and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling voids, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex standards
- Build and maintain displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking
- Provide support with photo services, including digital ID photo services and banner printing
- Take on web order responsibilities, including processing orders and delivering packages to customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming store environment
- Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous experience with arenaflex or a similar company
- Familiarity with arenaflex systems and store hardware
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Familiarity with arenaflex systems and store hardware (desired)
