Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of customer concerns. Your primary goal will be to deliver a world-class customer experience, building trust and loyalty with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats related to customer inquiries and concerns

  • System documentation to reflect all communications with customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Review, quality control, and accuracy of information to ensure consistency and compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Track all information, including system documentation and necessary logs, to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Perform basic office work as needed, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
  • Follow all guidelines, rules, and policies for arenaflex and our clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

* Call center work experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to maintain a customer service demeanor in all situations
  • Self-managed and focused, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain high levels of productivity
  • Ability to follow all rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures in all situations
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Working from Home Requirements:

* You must reside within 100 miles of 2805 Clarksville Street, Paris, TX 75426

  • Must have the ability to pick up all equipment at the office location as needed and required within appropriate time frames
  • Personal Mobile Device
  • High-speed internet connection with the ability to connect to your Secured Assist assigned system utilizing a connection/ethernet cable
  • The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) set the standard for broadband internet at 25 Mbps for download speeds, and 3 Mbps for upload. To be considered "high speed," your download speed should be higher than the 25 Mbps standard, ranging anywhere from 100 to 1,000 Mbps

Salary and Benefits:

* $17.29 P/Hour + health and welfare benefit of $4.57 P/Hour
