We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate. Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a professional and visible presence at the front of the store, acting as a deterrent to potential loss and dishonesty

  • Wear a body-worn camera to ensure the safety and security of our stores and customers
  • Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to respond effectively in critical situations
  • Greet customers with courtesy and respect, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Establish and maintain a strong presence at the front of the store or in designated areas, observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
  • Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure a secure and safe environment
  • Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Who We're Looking For:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

  • Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Prior retail or security experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
