Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Communicating with patients and medical professionals to schedule appointments and obtain necessary patient information
  • Working independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
  • Following detailed instructions, procedures, and policies to ensure excellent customer service
  • Adapting quickly to changes and modifications in the call center environment
  • Thinking critically and making sound decisions to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong customer service background, with experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, with a strong focus on goal-oriented projects and tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and modifications in the call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work a 40-hour shift, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
