About the Position

The Home Improvement Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex is responsible for assisting customers with their home improvement projects by providing exceptional customer service. This role involves training on-site in Lakeland, FL, before transitioning to remote work. Representatives will handle online orders, coordinate delivery and installation of appliances, and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, via email, and online chat, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens to assist customers, utilizing various systems and tools to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience, utilizing problem-solving skills and creative thinking to find solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, ensuring efficient communication with customers.
  • Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems, including computer software and hardware.

  • Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week, allowing you to work a variety of shifts and meet customer needs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL, ensuring you can attend training sessions and meet with colleagues.
