Job Summary

As a Remote Walmart Reseller Customer Service Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to customers through chat and email. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Walmart customers via chat and email, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.

  • Assist with orders, refunds, and returns, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Address inquiries about product availability, shipping, and delivery times, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on the website, working closely with our technical team to resolve any problems.
  • Educate customers about products and promotions, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, checking in with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using this data to improve our services and processes.
  • Continuously enhance customer service skills and product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for learning, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on the latest products and promotions.
