Job Summary

As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be the face of our organization, representing our values and mission, and driving results through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies, processes, and procedures to drive results and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns
  • Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and issues to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics, such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and net promoter score
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Experience with process improvement, quality assurance, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM))
  • Experience with arenaflex's products and services
