Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing product information, account assistance, and support for customers
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and rapport
  • Following company policies and procedures for all customer interactions
  • Documenting customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications
