Position Highlights: Customizable Compensation Packages - Tailored to candidates’ preferences, including base salary, vacation weeks, and weekend call schedules. All compensation packages include quarterly on-shift production bonuses of $36 to $41 per wRVU. Partnership track available (preferred and encouraged), offering profit-sharing and ownership shares that generate lucrative partner distributions. $5,000 tech/CME fund and 401(k) contributions after six months. Additional benefits and internal moonlighting opportunities are available. Flexible shift options, generally 8 to 9 hours, including: Early Bird: 5 AM – 1 PM Daytime: 7 AM – 4 PM / 8 AM – 5 PM/ 9AM-6PM Swing: 10 AM – 7 PM Evening: 3 PM – 11 PM Late: 7PM-11PM In addition to standard Monday-Friday opportunities, we also offer custom shifts upon request, 7-on/7-off daytime and/or evenings with either 13 weekends or 26 weekends. Malpractice with tail coverage included Licensing & Credentialing Costs Covered – We handle all the paperwork. Smart Worklist Assignment – Subspecialty reads are routed to the appropriate radiologists, ensuring a balanced caseload. Candidates should also be comfortable reading general radiology, covering a mix of inpatient and emergency medicine alongside other subspecialized radiologists. Minimal Distractions – Workstation provided, minimal phone calls, and 24/7 Tele-Assist support to screen calls and manage critical result notifications. Collaborative, Non-Corporate Culture – No cherry-picking, fair work distribution, and a strong focus on quality through peer review. Compensation & Benefits: Full time compensation, $500k-$700k+ income, partners earn additional annual distributions Additional earning opportunities, including "Hop-On Hop-Off" moonlighting and “RVU Buckets”. W2 employees eligible for a group cash balance plan in addition to a 401(k) with sizable corporate contribution after 6 months of service. We also utilize AI for automatic report impression generation. Our 24/7 clinical extenders and IT support staff handle non-clinical tasks, ensuring radiologists can focus on reading.
