Senior/Lead UX Researcher

We’re looking for a skilled UX Researcher to help shape and improve our digital products, ensuring they deliver a smooth, intuitive experience for both customers and internal users. Requirements: · At least 5 years of experience in UX research, with ownership of the full research cycle from early concepts to final recommendations. · Hands-on experience with a variety of research methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis) and the ability to choose the right method for each case. · Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Glassbox, or similar). · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly present insights. · A portfolio demonstrating how your research has influenced product decisions and improved user experiences. · Large experience working with international corporations. Nice to Have · Background in a human-centered field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Communication, Computer Science). · Experience working on consumer-facing products or in product development environments. · Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). · Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate insights in a clear and persuasive way. Main responsibilities: · Drive UX research initiatives that support product development and enhance user experience across digital solutions. · Plan and carry out end-to-end research projects using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. · Translate research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations. · Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to define research needs and inform product direction. · Manage and prioritize research activities in a fast-paced environment, aligning them with business goals and user needs. · Present research outcomes in a clear and engaging way to support decision-making. · Contribute to building and maintaining research standards, processes, and best practices.
