POSITION SUMMARY This is an opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader for Amphenol Network Solutions’ largest broadband customers. In this role, you will partner across Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to support customer acquisition, project implementation, and custom network solutions. As a member of our fast-moving Mission Critical team, you will work with outside sales and channel partners to grow new business, support strategic accounts, and represent Amphenol Network Solutions as a thought leader at industry events and tradeshows. We are seeking a Broadband Sales Engineer to support our U.S.-based Strategic Accounts team in a remote role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with Sales leadership to define and track key performance indicators. Develop new broadband accounts by engaging key stakeholders, qualifying ANS as a vendor, and winning business. Grow existing accounts by increasing win rates, expanding geographic reach, and broadening lines of business. Lead solution selling by developing value propositions, supporting technical sales, and aligning opportunities to company strategy. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity in CRM. Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Estimating, Operations, and Administration to shape offerings and improve the customer experience. Represent ANS at tradeshows, customer meetings, pricing reviews, and other strategic sales activities. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience in broadband, cable MSO, telecom, or networking environments Strong understanding of cable broadband architecture and fiber infrastructure Understand broadband operational environments, including headends, regional data centers, OSP topology, and edge architecture Experience supporting technical sales cycles or customer-facing engineering roles TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT Provide pre- and post-sales technical leadership for broadband accounts. Translate customer business and network requirements into practical, differentiated solutions. Lead discovery sessions, architecture reviews, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities. Develop proposals, network diagrams, bills of material, and technical presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Excel-based data analysis is required, along with a willingness to learn new tools. PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS The role requires the ability to lift up to 60 pounds; sit, stand, type, and use the phone for extended periods; and travel to customer locations. The ideal candidate can focus on detailed information, resolve technical issues independently, and manage high-pressure business situations with professionalism. WORK ENVIRONMENT This role may be remote, with time spent in a corporate office as needed. Frequent domestic and occasional international travel are required. COMPENSATION Pay Range: $79K - $148K (annualized for all non MFG positions, even if hourly) Status: Exempt Other Compensation Offered: Commission – This position is eligible for a healthy commission plan. Bonus - This position is bonus eligible based on the performance of the Company.
