The opportunity To support our expansion plans, we are currently hiring Project Manager to strengthen our team and embark on an exciting new journey with us. What you’ll be doing: Leading and managing global customer projects, including enterprise system deployments, digital transformations, and strategic consulting engagements. Acting as the primary interface with client stakeholders, building trust, and ensuring project deliverables exceed expectations. Steering cross-functional project teams and external vendors to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Overseeing project planning, scope management, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Ensuring adherence to the project methodology (agile, waterfall, hybrid) aligned with client and internal needs. Reporting regularly to executive sponsors and customers on project progress, risks, and issue resolutions. Driving continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies, documentation, and customer engagement practices. Managing post-project support and feedback loops to maximize customer satisfaction and service excellence. Drive structured change management activities (impact analysis, communication, training, stakeholder engagement) to secure high adoption and minimize business disruption. Collaborating with Internal Change Management organisation. What we expect from you: Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT, business administration, or related field. At least 5 years leading global projects with a significant focus on customer outcomes. Proven success in managing high-profile, multi-region enterprise projects, especially around ERP, cloud, including IT infrastructure. Relevant project management certification preferred. Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher); additional languages advantageous . Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience with customer-centric project delivery models and ensuring client satisfaction. Willingness to travel internationally and work in virtual, multicultural environments.
