Location Address: 123 Main Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38141 Work Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America) The Process Engineer III - PET will lead the planning and implementation of new production lines, coordinate with project managers to ensure appropriate platforms and processes are selected for new products, will diagnose, troubleshoot, & solve production process issues, and provide support and guidance to junior process engineers. Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities Foster a Culture in which all Company employees share common purpose & comply with applicable laws & our Guiding Principles; Consults regarding business process engineering, process measurements, change management, education and training; Identifies opportunities for business process improvement; Ensure compliance to quality standards; Support development of new products and develop processes for plastic forming processes and secondary processes; Assist in the implementation of cross functions; Directs the management of outsourced projects; Incorporates a common process methodology in all re-engineering processes; Work with plant leaders and Engineering during transfer of new processes to Production; Plan and carry out experiments and provide data analysis to define new process parameters and control limits; Provides upgrades to process controls; Use statistical methods for product and process analysis; Develop resolution to routine technical problems and execute solutions within developed timelines; Participate in reviews of product designs and mold designs for assigned projects; Take responsibility for own personal and professional growth; Actively participate in internal departmental activities; Participate in project reviews and department meetings; Work independently and under minimal to no supervision; Trains blow mold operators and equipment mechanics. Other duties as assigned by leadership. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs. Qualifications: Required: Willingness to travel 80-100% Comfortable working independently High school diploma or GED equivalent A minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations Blow Mold Manufacturing Experience such as Sidel is a must.
