The Role: Lumon’s vast partnership network is one of the firm’s most valuable assets and this newly created role has been designed to support the ongoing growth and success of the Lumon partnership team. Reporting into the Regional Partnerships Manager. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for making frequent contact with partners to drive up referral numbers, deliver exceptional service and to create new business revenue in line with targets. The Partnerships Team Lumon has built a long‑standing presence in the Portuguese real estate market, partnering with hundreds of agencies across the country. Portugal remains one of our key growth markets, and we are now seeking an experienced, dynamic Partnerships Manager to lead our expansion in Madeira. This role marks the beginning of a broader geographical build‑out of the Lumon offering. In a Nutshell We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our high‑energy team. You’ll play a pivotal role in Lumon’s growth by: Identifying new business opportunities Qualifying prospects Supporting the sales team Building a strong, sustainable pipeline Your work will directly influence our ability to scale across the Madeira. You’ll develop and execute strategies to acquire new partners while strengthening relationships with existing introducers. What You’ll Be Doing Partner Acquisition & Core Focus Acquire and activate a strong portfolio of revenue‑generating partners in Madeira. Relationship Management Build and nurture long‑term strategic relationships to support partner success. Revenue Growth & Project Leadership Collaborate with partners to drive new opportunities aligned with your region’s market. Own pipeline delivery relative to your quota and regional win rate. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing and Sales to support partner engagement and growth. Market Expertise & Strategic Contribution Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and Lumon’s offerings. Identify opportunities for collaboration and strategic expansion. You Should Apply If You Have… Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships management A strong and active client book and/or experience in FX or real estate Ability to run a full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → negotiation → closing Strong understanding of the Portuguese market A proven track record of exceeding sales targets Willingness to travel to partners around 90% of the time Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English A growth mindset and hunger to learn Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects Familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) An entrepreneurial mindset and drive for innovation Lumon is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
