Senior AI Developer
The Senior AI Developer will be responsible for design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions that solve real business problems across multiple domains. This role focuses on productionizing advanced AI systems, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation, tightly integrated with enterprise data platforms and business systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior engineer with strong experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions in production environments, working across GCP, Databricks, and modern AI frameworks, and translating business needs into scalable, reliable AI architectures. This position collaborates closely with solution architects, functional consultants, product owners, and internal and external technical teams to translate business requirements into stable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. Your Impact: Design and build AI-powered solutions and AI agents to solve business problems (automation, decision support, copilots) Develop and deploy LLM-based applications (RAG, tool-calling, structured outputs) Architect end-to-end AI systems on GCP and Databricks, integrating enterprise data and APIs Build and maintain AI workflows and orchestrations, including multi-step reasoning systems and human-in-the-loop processes Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to productionize models and scale AI solutions Your Experience & Qualification: Strong experience building LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, AI workflows) Proven ability to deliver production-grade solutions on GCP Strong Python and backend/API development skills Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data (Databricks, APIs, databases) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions Your Benefits GLOBAL DIVERSITY – Diversity means many things to us, different brands, cultures, nationalities, genders, generations – even variety in our roles.
