Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Full Time Call Center Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and order fulfillment support. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for calling existing customers, taking their orders, and entering them into our system. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Phone calls to take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service

  • Data entry of customer orders into our system
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Proficient data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to speak and write in English

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and order fulfillment systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
