Job Description

As a Customer Service Consultant - Streaming Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to customers of one of our global clients in the streaming media and entertainment industry. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting streaming issues, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
  • Utilizing CRM applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest streaming technologies and customer service best practices

Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

  • Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical support experience
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

Requirements for Remote Work

* Excellent Internet connectivity

  • Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download - the faster the better!
  • Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
