What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our team's efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars with precision
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and document preparation
  • Collaborating with the team to create and improve Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficiency
  • Working independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve shared goals

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support
  • Must be based in the United States and available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time
  • Open to starting part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time
