Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to clients with a wide range of issues and concerns
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing various software and tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and performance metrics

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication, typing, and computer skills
  • A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience, you'll need:

  • A reliable computer or laptop with a CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 5Mbs and upload speed of 3Mbs
  • A home office set up with a desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
  • A headset and other necessary equipment to ensure clear and effective communication
