Your Role

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market customers in EMEA. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their business strategies and lead them to their desired outcomes. You'll provide leadership and measurable recommendations to ensure customers take full advantage of our platform and receive maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

* Build strong customer relationships and act as the arenaflex advocate to our customers throughout their arenaflex journey

  • Partner with customers to establish clear business goals, timelines, priorities, and metrics of success (executing success plans & EBRs)
  • Create, execute, and manage comprehensive engagement and communication strategies that proactively ensure customer ROI and NET MRR growth
  • Serve as the arenaflex subject matter expert (SME) in providing guidance and addressing challenges on work management to customers
  • Collaborate with multiple teams on a regular basis (Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, etc) and help to build the CS “brand” across our entire organization
  • Monitor your entire book of business and work towards targets, leveraging key account metrics to identify areas of opportunity as well as managing churn avoidance
  • Maintain and leverage our Customer Success Management platform to maintain detailed customer-centric actions and communication plans

What You'll Achieve

* Drive customer growth and success through proactive engagement and strategic planning

  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement and communication strategies to ensure customer ROI and NET MRR growth
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on work management best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and win together

What We're Looking For

* Full fluency in English and German (verbal and written)

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or customer-facing roles supporting mid-market clients
  • Experience working with Marketing teams, Professional Services, IT teams, PMO teams
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of clients, including senior leadership
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management
  • Great people skills: genuine, warm, positive, engaging, connects well with people, friendly, empathetic, and possesses a high degree of patience
