Your Responsibilities

As a Customer AI Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Base Prompt Design and Iteration: Create and optimize base prompts that will be used to supercharge our customers' content creation pipelines. You'll work closely with our Customer Success team to determine the best approach for each customer's unique needs.
  • Linguistic Expertise: Utilize your understanding of linguistics to craft search patterns used to enforce customer formatting guidelines in their content. You'll be the go-to expert for all things linguistic, ensuring that our customers' content is always on-brand and on-message.
  • Prompt Chain Design: Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and evaluate prompt chains for specific content creation tasks. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our prompt chains are efficient, effective, and scalable.
  • Technical Scoping: Work with stakeholders in Customer Success and with our customers to scope projects and define best practices for using the solutions you create. You'll be the bridge between our technical teams and our customers, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of prompt engineering processes and outcomes, and share innovative techniques with the team. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our knowledge base is always up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering team members to integrate your prompt engineering work seamlessly into our product. You'll be working closely with our development teams to ensure that our solutions are always aligned with our product roadmap.

Is This You?

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer AI Engineer who possesses:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field

Solid coding proficiency using Python

* Professional experience in prompt design and a deep understanding of linguistic principles *

Expertise working with search patterns for morphology and word patterns

*

Proven experience in designing, developing, and evaluating base prompts

*

Knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning concepts is a plus

*

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

*

Problem-solving mindset and a passion for working on complex challenges

*

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
