What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling client inquiries via phone, email, or virtual meetings
- Educating customers on benefit options and policy information
- Scheduling virtual consultations with new and existing clients
- Maintaining accurate records in our system
- Delivering a 5-star customer experience – every time

Minimum Requirements
* 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
