As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer value, building strong relationships, and ensuring the success of our partnerships.

What's the Opportunity:

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for owning the success of our partnerships, demonstrating the value of our solutions, and advocating for our customers' needs throughout the arenaflex organization. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their objectives, develop strategic success plans, and ensure continued adoption and alignment with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of each account in your portfolio, building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term success

  • Acquire a deep knowledge of arenaflex products and value proposition to effectively communicate the benefits to customers
  • Monitor account health and relevant KPIs to identify churn risk and proactively work to eliminate it
  • Develop and present strategic success plans that clearly deliver on customer expectations and drive business growth
  • Be highly organized with strong CRM and territory management skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Participate in customer meetings and quarterly business reviews, presenting progress on key success criteria and addressing customer concerns
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for customers, leveraging internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
  • Facilitate arenaflex customer onboarding, training, and initial user setup to ensure seamless adoption
  • Meet retention and sales targets on a quarterly basis, driving business growth and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

* 4+ years of experience in account management or customer success, with a proven track record of driving customer value and partnership growth

  • 2+ years of experience selling additional products and services to existing accounts, with a strong understanding of upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and track key performance indicators
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner through verbal and written forms
  • Strong active listening skills, with a desire and knowledge to understand and solve for customer needs
  • Experience strategically consulting customers, creating success plans, and achieving their desired outcomes
  • History of exceeding retention and expansion quotas, with a proven ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Must enjoy a challenge, have a desire to learn, be passionate about your work, and have a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a bias for action and a results-oriented approach
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth
  • Must be a team player, with a strong ability to build trust and contribute to the success of the team
  • Understand how departments and team members contribute to the success of the organization and be comfortable stepping in to support however needed
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and professional conduct are essential
