Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Business Intelligence Specialist – Customer Service Insights and Analytics, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing user data from the customer service department and other related systems to identify user behavior patterns and issue trends.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into key metrics, such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), resolution rate, and more.
  • Providing data-driven recommendations to improve team performance and operational efficiency, collaborating with team leaders to implement solutions and track the impact of changes.
  • Conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing strategies to address them.
  • Translating complex data into clear and actionable insights for senior management, supporting strategic decision-making with in-depth analysis and forecasting.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection, storage, and analysis.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including team members, managers, and executives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on goals and drive initiatives, providing training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analysis, or similar role, with a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights.
  • Experience in the crypto, financial services, or compliance industry is a plus, but not required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • A strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts, as well as familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
