Full-Stack "Vibe Coder" & Mobile Developer | WordPress + AI + App Systems - Contract to Hire

NinjaDev is a specialized product agency. We don’t just build features; we architect revenue-driven systems. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who "gets it." You should be a "vibe coder"—someone who can take a messy problem, see the architecture, and ship a high-quality solution without needing a 10-page spec document. If you are a builder who loves clean code, agentic AI workflows, and smooth UX across Web and Mobile, we want to talk. The Stack & Scope You’ll be touching everything we do at Ninjadev.io, including: Modern Web: Node.js, React, Python, and AWS. Mobile: Cross-platform development (React Native/Flutter) for high-performance apps. WordPress: Not just themes—we do custom architectures, API integrations, and technical SEO/performance optimization. AI Integration: Integrating LLMs, building neural networks, and creating agentic workflows that automate business logic. Infrastructure: Managing DNS, email deliverability (SPF/DKIM), and cloud security. What You’ll Do Execute & Architect: Turn high-level founder visions into scalable, secure codebases. Full-Stack Ownership: Handle everything from frontend UI polish to backend API logic and database management. Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks (like Azure deployment errors or AdSense verification issues) and fix them before they impact the client. Agile Collaboration: Work within ClickUp and Hubstaff, maintaining high velocity and transparent communication. Ship End-to-End: Take projects from local dev to production-ready, ensuring they are data-driven (integrated with GA4/Mixpanel). Requirements (The Must-Haves) The "Generalist" Mindset: You are proficient in WordPress/PHP but can easily pivot to Python or React for a mobile build. Fast Learner: You can pick up a new API or framework in an afternoon. Attention to Detail: You care about clean CSS, secure API endpoints, and optimized page speeds. Communication: Clear, direct, "business-casual" communication in Slack/ClickUp. Independent Operator: You don’t wait for direction; you see what needs to be done and you own it. Nice to Haves Experience with Shopify (Liquid) and custom app development. Familiarity with FinTech/Chargeback logic or Healthcare (HIPAA) compliance. A background in Data Visualization (Power BI/Looker/Tableau). Engagement Hourly / Project-Based: Starting with a paid trial project. Remote / Worldwide: We value talent over timezone, but you must be available for core syncs. The Goal: We’re looking for a long-term "right hand" developer to grow with the NinjaDev brand.
