Job Summary

As a Help Desk Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems. You'll be the go-to person for IT-related queries, and your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve end-user inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Serve as a reference point for IT-related queries, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, using your analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates
  • Provide exceptional customer service, using your interpersonal skills and customer service ethic to build strong relationships with our customers and users
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple job tasks and escalating issues in a timely manner
  • Perform remote troubleshooting, using your technical expertise to resolve issues from anywhere
  • Take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment, using your excellent communication skills to provide support and guidance

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • Must be 18 years old or over
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEFR C1/C2 level
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting computers
  • Experience navigating through multiple internet applications to assist and resolve customer questions
  • Proficiency in MS Office computer applications
  • Ability to handle multiple job tasks at one time and escalate issues in a timely manner
  • Analytical orientation with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to accurately type at least 25 wpm
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a very high degree of customer service ethic
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting
  • Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Experience working in a help desk or customer support role
  • Certification in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or a related field
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and services
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
