Job Summary

As a Mandarin-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients and provide them with the support they need.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to patient concerns and complaints
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve patient issues and provide support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in healthcare or a related field

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (speaking and writing)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
