AI Video Creator – Contractor
Job Description:
- Leverage state-of-the-art AI animation models and our internal video generation platform to produce polished 60-second episodes at scale.
- Generate high-quality episodes efficiently, maintaining consistency while adapting to various genre requirements and social platform specifications.
- Transform provided titles, themes, and genres into unique visual narratives.
- Troubleshoot common AI video generation issues with agility.
- Navigate diverse storytelling styles, adapting your approach to match the tone and expectations of each genre while maintaining production velocity.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with major AI video generation platforms and tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, or similar)
- Deep understanding of AI video pipeline workflows: prompt engineering, iteration strategies, and output optimization
- Expert-level troubleshooting skills for common AI generation challenges (consistency, hallucinations, motion quality, artifacts)
- Strong grasp of short-form content requirements and social platform constraints (aspect ratios, pacing, hook creation)
- Knowledge of post-production techniques to enhance and polish AI-generated footage
- Ability to maintain visual and narrative consistency across episode sequences
