The Role

As our Head of Performance Marketing and Customer-Led Growth, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, engagement, and customer loyalty. You'll lead a team of talented marketers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact. Your goal will be to create a customer-centric marketing approach that drives business results and sets arenaflex apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives and goals

  • Lead a team of marketers to drive growth, engagement, and customer loyalty through data-driven marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation

Essential Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and customer engagement

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Experience with data-driven marketing initiatives, including A/B testing, personalization, and attribution modeling
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and retention
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, including Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends

  • Certification in marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, including Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics or Mixpanel

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Bonus: 20% - 30% of annual salary, depending on performance
