Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Customer Service Representative/Enrollment Specialist to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, and web-based portal, providing information on programs and services, and resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive hourly rate of $17.50 and excellent benefits package.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Enrollment Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries received via phone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
  • Recording customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
  • Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Addressing customers' inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Communicating with supervisors regarding any potential needs or concerns
  • Assisting Call Center Supervisors and QA/Training Department on an as-needed basis
  • Performing data entry accurately
  • Educating MA Consumers by providing information regarding physical and behavioral health services and service providers under the Health Choices Program to assist with voluntary choice and plan transfers
  • Maintaining system and program knowledge of the EAP and Health Choices Program by referencing the arenaflex knowledge base system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Private workspace away from others at all times
  • Good attendance and work all scheduled hours and follow time/call off procedures every time
  • High-speed internet (35 MB or greater)
  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish
  • Reside within Pennsylvania
  • Previous experience in a Call Center and/or Customer Service role
  • Computer experience working with multiple screens and apps
  • Data Entry
  • Clear verbal communication and phone skills
  • Ability to learn and comprehend new information
  • Ability to read and adhere to a client-approved script
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, goal-oriented work environment
  • Comprehension of basic computer and software skills (e.g., successfully joining a Zoom call, typing on a keyboard, using email)
