Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries across multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving issues and answering questions regarding services and procedures with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Keeping client records up to date in our CRM system to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery
  • Providing follow-up and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with the support team to achieve common goals and objectives
