Experienced Bilingual Customer Contact Agent (French & English) – Remote Night & Weekend Shifts Only

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to online chats, participating in outbound campaigns, and maintaining our CRM database. Your Role as Customer Contact Agent
As a customer contact agent, you will be responsible for:
- Handling email communication with customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Responding to inbound online chats, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
- Participating in proactive outbound campaigns to engage with customers and promote arenaflex products and services
- Accurately updating and managing customer data in the CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
To Succeed in this Role, You Should Bring:
* Fluency in French (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to understand English for internal communication and tools
- Customer contact experience in a call center or similar environment
- Ability to work weekends and evenings only, with a flexible schedule to meet customer needs
- Commercial mindset and ability to upsell when appropriate to drive revenue growth
- Proactive, team-oriented, and organized spirit to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus, with experience in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions
