Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Email Follow-Up Specialist & Building Design Assistant. In this role, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, repricing buildings, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a flexible schedule, with 3-4 hours of work per day.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Email Follow-Up Specialist & Building Design Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
  • Repricing buildings and updating customer information in our system
  • Collaborating with our sales team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication with our customers and internal teams
  • Providing support to our design team with building design-related tasks and projects
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-4 hours of availability per day for work
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reasonable computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in the Steel Building Manufacturing industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of building design software and systems
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
