Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented and customer-centric Full Stack Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat, providing timely and professional resolutions
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and expertise
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior agents, leveraging your problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions
  • Document customer interactions and update records in our database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Available Shifts and Compensation:

We have available shifts all days of the week, with compensation ranging from $21.00 - $47.00/hour.
