Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and motivated Customer Support Agents to join our dynamic, remote-first team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering extraordinary customer service and building positive relationships with clients
  • Managing your time effectively and responding to incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Accurately documenting call details and customer interactions
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and following them through to resolution
  • Maintaining organized records of service actions and outcomes
  • Prioritizing workflow based on task urgency and importance
  • Supporting additional tasks as assigned

Key Highlights

As a seasonal Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • Seasonal position: July 1st – October 2025
  • Competitive base pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Remote work arrangement: Must reside in the greater San Antonio, TX area
  • Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (no weekends!)
  • Employment duration: 3 to 4 months

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Proven working experience in a customer service environment, preferably Technical Support
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday
  • Proficiency in communications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
