Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering top-notch service and resolving technical issues with ease. You'll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Handle customer technical inquiries and resolve issues via phone

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Record customer interactions and actions taken
  • Research answers and solutions as needed
  • Refer customers to supervisors or managers when necessary

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic IT knowledge and strong keyboarding skills
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
  • Customer-facing experience (phone, chat, in-person, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
