Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers with booking reservations, changing flights, and resolving issues with existing bookings
  • Providing information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other relevant travel details

Required Skills and Qualifications:
