Job Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to provide timely and effective support
  • Responding promptly to all customer inquiries, including billing, technical support, homeschooling, and product-related questions
  • Identifying patterns and suggesting remedies to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
  • Satisfying customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions or alternatives within the limits and following up to ensure resolution
  • Utilizing techniques to leave an impeccable first impression and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times
  • Being flexible to work additional hours based on business need, specifically during peak periods such as back to school season (August, September, and January)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service and retention experience, with a strong background in call center and remote support
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Outlook, email systems, and the internet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of 1 year of homeschool experience is a plus
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
