Key Responsibilities

As an entry-level customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues

Essential Qualifications
