As a Staff Biostatistician, you will play a crucial role in conducting statistical analyses and providing insights to support our research and development efforts. Join us in our mission to revolutionize the future of healthcare. Conduct statistical analyses on large and complex datasets to support research and development efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement statistical analyses plans. Interpret and communicate results of statistical analyses to stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and leadership. Develop and maintain statistical tools and models to support ongoing projects. Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality. Stay current with advancements in biostatistics and incorporate new techniques into analyses. Work closely with other biostatisticians and team members to ensure consistency and standardization of statistical methods. Ensure that all statistical analyses are performed in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Contribute to the writing and review of statistical sections of study protocols, reports, and publications. Mentor and train junior biostatisticians in statistical methods and techniques. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide statistical expertise and support. Collaborate with external partners and consultants on statistical projects.
