Key Responsibilities

As a BDR & Customer Success Associate, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct compelling product demos for warm leads, showcasing the power of our fund operating system
  • Set up and manage new customer accounts for seamless handoff to account executives, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Guide new customers through our intuitive onboarding process, providing exceptional support and ensuring their success with our technology
  • Build relationships with fund managers and investment professionals, fostering strong connections and driving business growth
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize sales and customer success processes, staying ahead of the curve in our industry
  • Take initiative on process improvements and growth opportunities, driving innovation and excellence within our team
