Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their financial planning needs and goals
  • Offering tailored life insurance solutions, including mortgage protection, whole life, term life, accidental, and critical illness coverage
  • Conducting virtual consultations with clients to discuss their options and provide personalized recommendations
  • Preparing and presenting insurance quotations with the guidance of mentors and insurance carriers
  • Assisting clients through the application process until approval
  • Staying engaged with mentors and colleagues through regular meetings and calls to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
