Key Responsibilities

As a customer service/sales representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge to effectively promote and sell arenaflex's offerings
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and act on customer data
