Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who's passionate about sports and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs, and providing immediate assistance. You'll work closely with our lead-based system to meet with customers, greet, qualify, recommend, and close, while upholding our values and exemplifying them through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs and providing immediate assistance

  • Use a lead-based system to meet with customers, greet, qualify, recommend, and close
  • Follow all CDC and local mandates while working with customers, prioritizing safety and confidentiality
  • Accurately complete, send, and file product and service order forms in accordance with our privacy and confidentiality guidelines
  • Evaluate our current onboarding and training procedures, determine ways to improve the customer relationship, solidify the sales cycle, etc.
  • Work with fellow team members within the customer service department to set attainable customer outreach and acquisition targets
  • Enforce our values and exemplify them through every interaction between you and a customer, fellow team member, and client

Training and Development

As a Sports-Minded Customer Service Representative, you'll receive two weeks of intensive hands-on training to become a resident expert in:

  • The products and services available
  • Las Vegas market demographics
  • Consultative sales techniques
  • Account activation, delivery methods, and installation details
  • Proper compliance procedures and handling of confidential customer information
  • And more!

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing position

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with a focus on results
  • Strong sense of humor and ability to laugh and enjoy the moment
