The role involves close collaboration to create engaging conversational experiences, adherence to quality standards, and a commitment to ongoing learning to drive superior user interactions. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on user support at a leading technology company. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners to create engaging, high-quality conversational flows.
- Maintain adherence to established quality standards and guidelines.
- Keep abreast of the latest research to innovate and improve user experiences.
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric solutions based on UX principles.
- Design and refine conversational interfaces (voice, chat, IVR) to enhance user engagement.
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional writing and content design capabilities.
- Solid understanding of interactive design principles.
- Experience with large language models and conversational design techniques.
- Preferred candidates will have experience or familiarity with AI technology and conversational interfaces.
