Delivery Consultant/ Technical Project Manager US

This role will be responsible for the implementation and activation of DRUID AI agents within the client’s organization, while also building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and portfolio partners. What you’ll do at DRUID
- Connect with people from sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer profile, needs and challenges, so you can plan and estimate your approach
- Lead the implementation process for multiple projects, manage the activities and resources allocated to the project
- Create and maintain up to date the project plan, resource allocations (internal or partner resources) and time sheets, collaborating closely with the client’s Project Manager
- Participate in the business analysis workshops and prepare the deliverables for the analysis phase (specification documents, flow diagrams
- Establish implementation architecture with the Technical Consultant and maintain it up to date in case of changes during the project
- Configure conversational flows in the Druid Platform, coordinate with the Technical Consultant to include all required integrations and test end-to-end solution
- Coordinate with the Customer Success Manager to perform QA testing and issue resolution before releasing the solution to the customer for UAT
- Coordinate the UAT process, manage issue trackers and exit criteria
- Identify and measure the possible risks in the project
- Establish, develop, and maintain trusted and positive business and customer relationships, cultivate new opportunities, and drive successful customer implementations
- Monitor the activity of the implemented DRUID solution
- Collaborate closely with the entire Delivery team and with the Product team to keep up to date with latest implementation solutions and Platform functionality.
What you’ll bring to DRUID
- Proven track record as software implementation consultant and/or Project Manager with hands-on experience in the IT/ automation field or process engineering
- Technical skills and understanding: JavaScript, prompt engineering, REST/SOAP APIs, RPA experience
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- The ability to translate complex technical language into easy day-to-day business language and the other way around
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, unstructured work environment
- Positive, energetic approach to day-to-day business challenges
- Creative and open mindset, always looking to improve activities for better business outcomes.
