  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Help Desk Operator Intermediate, you'll be responsible for providing customer support services to our organization's registrant community. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer issues utilizing problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps to resolve the issue
  • Providing first-tier support to end users for call support and resolving less complex problems immediately
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of our organization's products and services to provide accurate and effective support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
  • Seven (7) years of experience with two (2) years as a customer support services operator/analyst
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications to provide support and resolve issues
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Multilingual speaker (English and Spanish)
  • Experience working in a government or public sector environment
  • Knowledge of security regulations and protocols
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
