[Job - 29608] Business Analyst Senior, Colombia

We are looking for professionals with experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Product Owner (PO) to join a project in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Create clear and concise documentation, ensuring alignment with business expectations and objectives. Facilitate and lead requirements gathering sessions, reviews, and validation meetings with stakeholders. Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Work closely with the development team to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements.

Requirements

Advanced/Fluent English. Proven experience in Business Analysis, working throughout the full requirements lifecycle, from elicitation to validation of functional and non-functional requirements. Experience creating and maintaining structured requirements documentation, including: User Stories Use Cases Acceptance Criteria Experience performing impact analysis, identifying dependencies, and prioritizing business demands. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with the client platform’s capabilities and constraints. Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Familiarity with project and work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Trello.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience applying AI solutions to solve business problems. Familiarity with Generative AI tools (such as Copilots and Large Language Models) to improve productivity and accelerate analysis activities. Previous experience in the automotive industry, including dealerships and/or vehicle manufacturers.
