I’m Angelika Gertell, Head of Customer Experience & Digital Concepts and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a creative, forward-thinking team combining UX, service design, business processes and customer insights to design and implement frictionless, insight‑driven flows across all touchpoints to improve conversion, reduce effort, and ensure a consistent experience regardless of channel. I’m looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer (1-year parental leave cover) to join Telia and help shape digital experiences used by millions of customers. What you’ll do This is a role for someone who combines strong design craft with data-driven thinking — using insights, customer behavior and hypotheses to identify opportunities, test ideas and create experiences that truly matter. You will: Design & improve customer-facing digital flows (web, app, support journeys etc) Translate customer needs and insights into clear, intuitive UX solutions Design flows, wireframes and prototypes – from idea to implementation Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across channels and touchpoints You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, product owners, frontend developers, service designers, copywriters, business developers, AI trainers and customer service experts in a highly cross-functional environment.
