IT Integration Manager (m/f/d) Customs processes
Business Unit: BU ALS Customs Services Business Line: BL ALS Customs Services Target Hire Date: 2026-05-27 What You Can Expect: - Manage international EDI integration projects from initiation to completion - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third-party providers - Gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements - Design and implement optimized processes, with a focus on customs and compliance workflows - Ensure timely delivery of integration milestones, managing risks and dependencies - Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders - Support testing, rollout, and post-implementation activities What You Bring: - Proven experience in project management, ideally in EDI or system integration environments - Experience working with international teams - Solid knowledge of customs processes, regulations, and international trade compliance - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) - Optional: Frensh language skills would be a bonus If you are passionate about driving integration projects and optimizing global processes, we look forward to your application.
